摘要
在航空器飞行试验中,旋转部件、高温部位等特殊情况导致传感器的安装困难,位置不理想,测得数据误差大,且传感器信号传输电缆无法敷设,数据必须通过无线通信方式传输,针对数据需无线通信的问题,研究了ZigBee这种无线通信方式,通过分析其特点,设计一套用于飞行试验的无线数据通信解决方案,解决了机载测试中困扰已久的难题。
In the aircraft flight test, rotating parts, such as high temperature parts of special circumstances lead to difficult installation of sensors~ the location is not ideal, the measured data error is large, and the sensor signal transmission cable is hard to lay, the data must be transmitted through wireless communication, in view of the data without line communication problems, on the ZigBee the wireless communication mode, through analysis of the features, design a set of wireless data communication for flight test solution, solves the problem of airborne test problems for a long time.
