摘要
特比萘芬自1994年在中国上市以来,在甲真菌病治疗方面得到广泛应用与认可,本文回顾特比萘芬在国内近10年抗甲真菌病应用历程,总结结果显示:特比萘芬250mg/d日一次连续疗法安全有效。
Terbieafine has been widely used and recognized in onychomycosis treatment since Ianched in China 1994. The TerbinMine applieation for onychomycosis in recent 10 years has been reviewed in this article. The results showed that the continuous regimens of terbinafine 250mg/ d, qd, is generally safe and effective to onychomyeosis.
