摘要
阿米诺酶是较强的糖化、发酵剂 ,进行生产性试验 ,可以减少用曲量 ,能够明显提高产、质量 ,参与试验的班组 ,平均每窖多产大曲酒47.96kg ,其中一级酒多产37.31kg,出酒率提高6.9个百分点 ,每窖净增效益274.
Amylosa enzyme is of strong saccharification and fermentation. The application of Amylosa enzyme in the production tests could effectively decrease the use level of Daqu and improve the liquor quality and increase liquor yield. For those workshops participated in the tests, the production of Daqu liquor increased 47.96kg per pit, particularly, the first-grade liquor increased 37.31kg, the liquor yield increased by 6.9%, and the net profit increased 274.05 Yuan per pit.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
