黄酒分析测试中应注意的问题有 :①NaOH标准溶液浓度和黄酒样品自身的浊度和色度会对测定黄酒总酸的影响 ;②镧盐释放剂对应用原子吸收法测氧化钙含量 ;③烘干温度对固形物指标测定的影响 ;
Some noticeable problems were put forword in the analytical determination of yellow rice wine in this paper,as follows: 1. The standard liquid concentration of NaOH and nephely and chroma of yellow rice wine samples had influence on the determination. 2. Lanthanum salt liberative agent had influence on applied atomic absorption methods in the determination of calcium oxide content.3. Drying temperature had influence on the determination of solid material index.4.The determination accuracy of the whole bacterial groups.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
