养生蚂蚁酒是用蚂蚁等浸泡液与兰陵特曲酒精心勾兑而成。介绍了养生蚂蚁酒的制作工艺和营养成分分析及评价 ,分析结果说明 ,养生蚂蚁酒含有丰富的微量元素、多种维生素、氨基酸 。
Yangshen Mayi Liquor is produced by meticulous blending of ants soak solution and Lanlin Tequ alcohol. In this paper, the production technologies of Yangshen Mayi Liquor and the analysis of its nutrient contents were introduced and the analytic results indicates that the liquor containes abundant trace elements, multiple vitamines and amino acid, and has higher nutritional value and health-protection functions.
