Cultivation of the Team College Student Party Branch Secretary

学生党支部是高校党组织的最基层单位,作为党最基层组织领头人的学生党支部书记,是高校基层党建的直接组织者和参与者。文章分析了学生党支部书记建设中存在的问题,提出了培育与后期教育相结合、客体与主体相结合,传统与创新相结合等培养方案,明确了学生支部书记的培养方向,对实现高校学生党支部成为基层组织的主力军具有积极的促进作用。

Student Party Branch is the most grass-roots unit Party organizations in Colleges and universities.As the leader of Party’s basic organization,the secretary of the Party branch of students is the direct organizer and participant of grass-roots Part construction of colleges.This paper discusses the problems existing in the construction of student Party branch secretary.It puts forward some feasible training plan of cultivation in combination with post education,combination of object and subject,and combination of tradition and innovation.It definitely points out the direction of cultivating student Part secretaries.All of these methods have a positive role in realizing college student Party branch into the main army grass-roots organizations.
