磷化氢与二氧化碳混合熏蒸储藏面粉杀螨抑菌试验报告

摘要 用剂量 1 .5~ 2g/m3的磷化铝片与剂量 83~ 1 0 0g/m3的二氧化碳混合气体对房式仓中密闭储藏的袋装面粉进行熏蒸以控制螨类危害。结果表明试螨全部被杀死 ,霉菌量大大低于对照。 Fumigation of mixed phosphine tablet (1.5~2.0g/m 3) with carbon dioxide (83~100g/m 3) was carried out for controlling mites and moulds in bagged flour which was sealed in warehouse. The results showed that the tested mites were completely killed and the quantity of mould was much lesser than that of the control. It also showed the stability of fatty acid and gluten content were better than that of conventional storage.
