岭澳二期电气厂房冷冻水系统设计改进

摘要 电气厂房冷冻水系统(DEL)作为安全相关系统(DCS/DVC)的支持系统,若DEL系统丧失,将会导致DVC和DCS系统不可用,而DCS设备的不可用,将直接导致核电机组的安全操作不能正常进行,核电机组的安全状态不能监视,这样将会使整个电站处于非受控状态,更为严重的后果将是可能会因此而引发核安全事故。因此,DEL系统的丧失是不可接受的,DEL系统的可靠性将直接影响到DCS设备运行的安全性、可靠性以及主控室的可居留性。对DEL系统的设计优化以及消防改进,对DEL管道布置产生了巨大的影响。根据厂房的实际情况和厂房设计的通用原则,重新布置,新增了设备、管道、支架及其附件,同时进行力学计算,以确保系统的优化设计的实施。改进后的电气厂房冷冻水系统保证了正常运行、SSE、H1工况、LOCA工况期间及事故以后对相关通风系统的有效支持,进而为核电站的运行提供了可靠的安全保障。 The electrical building chilled water system(DEL) is the support system of safety- related system(DCS/DVC). If DEL lose its function, the DCS and DVC will lose its function too, and it will result in nuclear power station safe operate can' t be performed, and safety condition can' t be monitored. So the nuclear power station is out of control, and maybe lead to accident. The loss of DEL is unacceptable. The reliability of DEL will influence safety and reliability of DCS equipment , and also influence residence of main control room. The design improvement and improvement of fire-fighting bring gigantic influence to piping layout of DEL. The added equipment, piping, supporting and attachment is arranged over again according the building condition and general design principle. For actualize the improvement, the system has calculated by mechanics. The ventilation system can be supported in normal. SSE. HI. LOCA and accident condition after the electrical building chilled water system is improved.
