青年民警强化培养锻炼和加快成长成才研究

摘要 摘要:青年民警是监狱事业的希望和未来,强化对其培养锻炼,加速其成长成才是监狱机关和监狱管理者面临的重大课题。从当前青年民警培养的现状来看,以满足于当下工作需要为目标的功利思想占据上风,对民警长远的发展关注不够。本文通过对当前青年民警培养现状的考察及原因分析,认为必须树立科学的人才观,把青年民警作为监狱工作最重要的人力资源来培养和开发,从青年民警培养的理念、目标、模式、方法、环境等方面加以改进,努力提高青年民警的培养成效。
