摘要
通过九点声压法确定出柴油机主要辐射噪声的测点位置,利用实测振动和噪声信号的频谱分析和相干分析技术对噪声激励源进行识别,确定齿轮室盖局部振动是柴油机前端辐射噪声较高的主要原因。试验说明了该分析方法的有效性,并采取针对性的降噪措施,降低了柴油机的辐射噪声水平。
In the paper,the position of primary radiant noise is confirmed by nine points sound pressure method. The noise excitation source is indentified by using spectrum analysis and coherent analysis. It is confirmed that the higher radiant noise on the front of diesel engine is due to vibration of the gear cover. The tests prove that the method is effective. The radiant noise level is reduced by using noise suppression measures.
