深度混合动力变速箱液压系统设计

摘要 研究深度混合动力变速箱的液压系统设计方法。首先根据混合动力系统的控制策略,确定液压系统的设计流量及工作压力。采用机械油泵和电机油泵的双液压源方案满足动力系统在各种驱动模式下的流量需求。设计制动器闭合高压调节油路,实现制动器闭合压力的自适应控制,避免液压系统一直工作在高压状态。通过理论计算确定液压阀的结构尺寸和冷却润滑油路分流节流孔尺寸,实现各油路流量的比例分配。 The design method of hydraulic system of full hybrid transmission was studied. The design flow and working pressure of hydraulic system were confirmed according to the vehicle control strategy. The mechanical gear pump and electric pump were used to supply oil flow for all driving modes. The self-adapted pressure regulation circuit was designed to supply high pressure oil for brake engagement. The structure dimension of hydraulic valves and cooling orifices was designed based on theoretical calculation. The cooling flow could be distributed proportionally among electric motor and planetary gears.
