大众传媒对住宅建筑设计的影响研究——以重庆为例

Study on the impacts of Mass Media on the Architectural Design of Urban Residential Buildings——take Chongqing as example

大众传媒作为人类信息传播的新兴手段,已经充斥在我们生活的每一个角落,从某种意义上说,这种新兴的传媒领域是一种可能改变人类生存状态的难以置信的力量。尤其是到了最近几年,我国大众传媒发展异常迅速,其覆盖范围已经遍布全国各个地区,对我国社会的政治,经济,文化,以及普通民众的日常生活方式等各个方面均产生了深远的影响,各行各业都开始注意大众传媒与自身行业发展的相互关系,希望能够利用传媒的影响力来促进和完善本身的发展,这也是本文的主要写作动机之一。本文在前人研究的基础上,从建筑学的角度出发,结合学术界现有的研究成果,详细的论述了我国住宅建筑设计领域在大众传媒影响下的发展过程,为日后利用传媒为建筑设计工作服务,提供相关理论基础。

On the basis of previous studies, the author from the perspective of architecture, combined with the present academic researches, discussed the influence of mass media on the development process of our architectural design of residential buildings. In order to explain the problems in detail, this article divides our domestic residential buildings construction into residential area planning and design, residential buildings construc- tion dwelling size and graphic design of residential buildings three aspects to discuss separately.
