高能级强夯法在块碎石回填地基处理工程中的应用

摘要 在对大面积、大厚度回填的块碎石地基进行高能级强夯加固处理时,如何确定经济合理和满足设计要求的强夯施工参数,是保证质量的关键。通过冕宁牦牛坪稀土矿选矿工业场地8 000 kN.m高能级强夯加固处理工程实例,系统地介绍了强夯方案设计、现场试夯及分析,最后进行了技术总结,为类似工程强夯设计、施工参考。 Determinng economical construction parameters of the dynamic compaction, which meets the design requirements, is key to ensure construction quality for the high energy level dynamic compaction to reinforce large area and large thickness foundation refilled with block and detritus. Based on the practical engineering case of treating mineral processing site of Maoniuping rare earth minerals in Mianning county with 8000kNom high energy level dynamic compaction, this paper systemically introduces the dynamic compaction design, on - the - spot pre - consolidation and analysis, finally gives some summaries on technical problems, which can be reference for similar project in dynamic compaction design and construction.
