轻质页岩砖坯的初始含水率与产品质量关系的分析

研究了不同含水率的砖坯烧结出的轻质页岩砖成品的各项对比实验。得到了砖坯初始含水率与轻质页岩砖成品的外观,体积收缩率及平均抗压强度的关系。实验结果表明,当砖坯的初始含水率为10～15%时,轻质页岩砖成品的外观质量最好、体积收缩率最小、砖体的平均抗压强度最高。
