摘要
研究了不同含水率的砖坯烧结出的轻质页岩砖成品的各项对比实验。得到了砖坯初始含水率与轻质页岩砖成品的外观,体积收缩率及平均抗压强度的关系。实验结果表明,当砖坯的初始含水率为10~15%时,轻质页岩砖成品的外观质量最好、体积收缩率最小、砖体的平均抗压强度最高。
The Light -weight Shale Sintered Brick is a new kind of sintered wall materials based on shale. According to the analysis of some relevant experiments, select three reasonable radios of experiments to prepare the bricks with sawdust as the main combustible auxiliary material, under the same experimental conditions. By the contrast compression test, it is in order to illustrate the light -weight shale sintered brick could meet the corresponding requirements of the specifications and can be used as partition wall and exterior wall of high buildings. Provide data for guiding further research and production.
