摘要
用RAPD(RandomAmplifiedPolymorphicDNA ,即随机扩增多态性DNA)分析技术 ,以筛选出的OPQ1 5为引物绘制了我国及世界范围内苹果生产中 1 9个重要砧木基因型的DNA指纹图谱。根据该指纹图谱 ,分析了供试材料的遗传多样性 ;区分了供试砧木基因型中的 1 7个 ,区分率为 95%;讨论了影响RAPD分析技术的主要因素 ;
The DNA fingerprinting of 19 important rootstock genotypes used in the apple production of both China and other countries was constructed with OPQ15 primer using RAPD technique. Genetic diversity of these rootstocks was analyzed. 17 out of 19 apple rootstocks tested were identified based on the DNA fingerprinting. Factors that affect RAPD technique were discussed, and the application of RAPD technique was foreseen in testing trueness and purity of apple rootstocks.
