西南边疆民族地区幼儿教师队伍管理现状分析

An Analysis of Preschool Teachers Management in Southwest Frontier Ethnic Regions

幼儿教师队伍素质是西南边疆民族地区学前教育发展的关键因素。由于西南边疆民族地区教育底子薄、基础差,导致幼儿教师队伍素质与学前教育发展的要求不相适应。尤其在幼儿教师队伍的管理方面,存在不少问题。只有加强西南边疆民族地区幼儿教师任用的规范化、考核评价的科学化,加强西南边疆民族地区幼儿教师的专业化,建立健全幼儿教师激励保障机制,提高幼儿教师队伍整体素质,稳定幼儿教师队伍,调动幼儿教师的积极性和主动性,才能全面提高西南边疆民族地区学前教育质量。

The quality of preschool teachers is a critical factor of the development of preschool education in Southwest frontier ethnic regions. It cannot keep pace with preschool education development because of poor foundation in these regions. Especially in the management of preschool teachers, there still exist many problems. In order to improve it, teacher appointments and appraisals should be more normalized and scientific, and teachers should be more professionalized. We should also improve preschool teachers＂ incentive safeguard mechanism, enhance preschool teachers~ integrated quality, stabilize preschool teach- ing staff and arouse these teachers~ enthusiasm.
