摘要
以从三交组合 1 0 -A/ 88-1 64 3 / /川育 1 2号后代中选育的 67个重组系及其亲本和品种绵阳 2 6号为供试材料 ,考察了最高小穗数、平均小穗数、平均单穗粒数、千粒重和平均单穗粒重等 5个产量性状 ,进行了主成分分析和遗传聚类分析。供试材料中 ,1 0 -A是导入黑麦异源基因创制的小麦新品系。结果表明 ,重组系各产量性状的变异程度和范围均较大 ,有大粒型、多粒型、穗重型和多小穗类型等优良品系。对产量贡献由大到小的主成分依次是重穗因子、大粒因子、粒数因子和小穗数因子。遗传聚类分析将这 67个重组系分为四类 ,即 1 0 -A型、88-1 64 3和川育 1 2号型以及两种重组类型。
Sixty seven wheat rye recombination lines, which derived from the three way cross of a multispikelet wheat rye germplasm 10 A with 88 1643 and Chuanyu12,and their parents and a cultivar mianyang 26 were used to investigate the five yield characters.The results indicated that these recombination lines had significant variances in these characters. Of these recombination lines, there were multispikelet lines, big spike lines, high grain weight per spike lines and more grain number per spike(over 100)lines. By their relatively importance of the major constituent, the factors which contribution to the yield were weighty spike, big grain, more grain number per spike and multispikelet. According to the genetic cluster analysis, these recombination lines could be classified into four types, 10 A type, 88 1643 and Chuanyu 12 type, and two recombinant types. Moreover, the value of these recombination lines in wheat genetics and breeding were discussed.
