摘要
针对视频编码系统编码运算复杂度高的问题,提出了1种基于图像边缘方向检测的帧内预测快速选择算法.该算法通过对图像边缘最佳预测方向的选择,极大地降低了编码的运算量和复杂度.仿真表明,该算法与全搜索算法和Texture算法比较,码率分别提高了11.23kbit/s和4.62kbit/s,编码时间分别为全搜索算法的33.98%,Texture算法的91.73%.利用该算法在TMS320DM6446开发平台上实现了无线视频监控系统,该系统与现有视频编码传输系统相比,在实时性、传输速率方面有了明显改善.
For the video encoding system with high computational complexity, a fast intra prediction mode selection algorithm based on image edge directions detection was proposed. The amount of computation and complexity of the encoding were reduced greatly by using the best prediction direction of the image detection. The simulation results show that the bit rate was improved by 11.23 kbit/s and 4.62 kbit/s respectively in compared with the full search algorithm and texture algorithm, the coding time was 33.98% of the full search algorithm and 91.73% of the texture algorithm. This algorithm was implemented in the wireless video surveillance system based on the TMS320DM6446 developed platform. Compared with existing video coding and transmission system, the system had been significantly improved in real-time and transfer rate.
