In China,the contradiction between huge population and limited funds of higher vocational education has been very sharp.Financing vocational colleges by the development of international markets of vocational education is not only necessary,but also feasible.It demands vocational colleges establishing a national awareness of educational sovereignty,mastering knowledge of international trade in services and knowing the access conditions of international education market.
