企业管理课程教学中案例的选择研究

On the Selection of the Cases in the Teaching of Enterprise Management

在企业管理课程教学中,案例教学具有导入新课、减少理论与知识的抽象性、提高学生分析和解决问题的能力等作用。但案例选择的成功与否关系到教学效果的好坏。因此,教师在运用案例教学时,选择的案例要贴近学生生活、具有新颖性和时效性。

In the teaching of Enterprise Management,case teaching has the functions of introducing new chapters,reducing the abstractness of theory and knowledge,improving the ability of students to analyze and solve the problems.However,the selection of cases is related with the teaching effect.Therefore,when applying case teaching,the teachers should select the cases close to the life of students and of novelty and timeliness.
