气液两相流模拟在铸造CAE领域的应用现状

摘要 充型过程的气液两相流动数值模拟技术是铸造CAE领域的前沿,分析了气液两相流动数值模拟技术在铸造CAE领域的应用。介绍了铸造充型过程的气液两相流动的数学模型及计算方法。探讨了两相流数值模拟技术在铸造CAE上应用存在的问题,展望了铸造充型过程数值模拟的发展趋势。
