Research Advances on Environmental Hormone and Its Development of Detection Methods

摘要 简要介绍了环境激素的危害及检测方法的发展情况,对环境激素检测的前处理方法和检测手段进行了概述,对传统前处理方法和固相萃取、固相微萃取技术进行了比较。对主要的检测方法的研究进展进行了分析,并对检测技术发展前景作了展望。 Various aspects of environmental hormone have been reviewed briefly and its pretreatment and detection methods been outlined with emphasis on the comparison between traditional pretreatment methods and modern methods such as SPE and SPME. Moreover, the research advance of the main detection methods have been analyzed and their future development been envisaged.
