科学发展视域下校企文化互动共融的实践探索与思考

摘要 校企合作从深层次上来说是校企文化的互动与融合,其成效直接关系到人才培养的成果。文章在对校企文化内涵界定的基础上,分析了两者互动共融的理论依据及其对高职学生成长成才的教育价值,进而从切入点、着眼点、着力点、落脚点四个方面提出了校企文化互动共融的路径选择建议。 To a deeper extent, combination of schools and enterprises is the interaction and co-fusion between school cultures and business cultures, whose result has a direct bearing on the result of talent training. Based on the definition of industry-unversity culture, the article gives an analysis of the theoritical basis of their interaction and co-fusion, and its inspiration for talent training of higher vocational college students. Also the article puts forward advices from four aspects as penetraion point, focus point, priority point, and foothold point.
