基于ITIL体系的银行数据中心配置管理工具的分析与设计

The Analysis and Design of the Configuration Management Tools for Data Center of the Commercial Bank based on ITIL

从目前通用的IT服务管理规范ITIL出发,结合商业银行数据中心运行维护现状,对数据中心生产系统的各项配置信息进行梳理、建模。运用配置管理软件建立适用于银行数据中心的配置管理数据库。通过该软件对商业银行的各类设备信息进行统一管理。对快速定位、及时响应银行数据中心的突发问题起到辅助作用,并在设备、系统的日常例行维护方面扮演关键角色。

This paper classify and model the configuration items of the commercial bank’s data center through referring to ITIL and considering the current situations of the data center.We set up the configuration management database of the data center by using the configuration management software through which we effectively manage various kinds of facilities’ information used in the commercial bank.This software can help the administrators find and solve the malfunctions of the commercial bank’s data center timely and play an important role in daily maintaining of the facilities and system.
