摘要
随着工业数字化的发展,工业检测仪表也渐渐向着更智能化、小型化方向发展。主要对一种全输入式二通道的智能化温度变送器进行了研究,讨论了温度变送器的基本功能和工作原理,详细描述了信号在整个系统中的处理过程,包括标定算法、线性化处理以及温度补偿等。经过精度实验表明此数据处理过程的可靠性及高精度,并且已经在温度变送器产品中得到运用。
With the development of digitization in industry,various kind of detecting instruments are intelligently and briefly designed.This paper deals with the study of a full-input,two-channel temperature sensor system,briefly introducing the basic functions and working principle of transmitter sensor,clearly describing the data processing in the whole system including demarcate arithmetic,linearization and temperature cpmpensation.After the precision experiment,it shows the reliability and high precision.It is used in the products of intelligent temperature transmitter sensor system.
