摘要
针对风速预测精度影响水风电联合运行的优化结果,本文将在随机变量表示风电场的输出功率的基础上,建立了一种基于随机规划的水风电联合优化运行数学模型。模型以总发电量和水电厂蓄水量增量之和最大为目标,结合随机模拟技术粒子群算法求得此目标函数的全局最优值。最后,对该模型采用Matlab编程求解,仿真结果验证了文中所提方法的可行性。
For the optimal result of hydro-wind integrated operation is often affected by the prediction accuracy, an optimized hydro-wind integrated operation model based on stochastic programming is proposed in this paper by introducing a random variable as the output power of wind farm. The model is aimed at obtaining the maximum increment of the total generated electricity and the water storage of hydro-plants. The global optimum is calculated by stochastic simulation of particle swarm algorithm. At last, MATLAB software is used to program and get the simulation result, and the result shows that the method proposed in this work is feasible.
