摘要
影响铁路机务化验检测质量的主要因素包括管理制度、人员素质、仪器设备、计量器具和环境条件等。针对以上各因素,提出提高铁路机务化验检测质量的对策及建议,以提高站段机务化验检测质量。
According to CNAS RL07—2011"Requirements of Measurement Uncertainty Degree" , the inspection laboratories should have the capacity to evaluate the measurement uncertainty degree for each of the measurement results that should be expressed by values. The paper introduces the definition of measurement uncertainty degree and the calculation procedures. By taking the measurement uncertainty degree evaluation of the specific surface area measurement result of the preservatives to protect concrete from sulfate corrosion , the author introduces the calculation of measurement uncertainty degree of some common items and parameters , the composition of reports and the evaluation methods suitable for testing inspection institutes for engineering construction.
