上海市部分高校学报编辑职业倦怠与睡眠质量的相关性

Correlation between burnout and sleep quality in editors of certain Shanghai university journals

目的:调查上海市部分高校学报编辑职业倦怠的现状及其与睡眠质量的相关性,为缓解编辑的职业倦怠提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查、Maslach工作倦怠量表-人类服务版(MBI-HSS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(PSQI)对上海市13所高校的72名在职编辑的职业倦怠与睡眠质量进行调查。结果:高校学报编辑情感衰竭及去人性化维度的得分高于Maslach常模,低成就感维度得分低于Maslach常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。职业倦怠与睡眠质量存在明显的相关性,情感耗竭与PSQI的7个维度及总分呈正相关,去人性化与睡眠质量、睡眠时间、日间功能障碍及PSQI总分呈正相关,个人成就感与PSQI总分及睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率呈负相关。结论:上海市高校学报编辑普遍存在职业倦怠感,睡眠质量问题较多,高校学报管理者应积极采取多种措施缓解编辑的工作压力,同时编辑自身应努力提高自身素质,学会心理调适,提高睡眠质量,以避免或减少职业倦怠感的产生。

Objective To provide the evidence for alleviating the burnout of editors by investigating the correlation between burnout and sleep quality in editors of certain Shanghai university journals.Methods The burnout and sleep quality of 72 editors in 13 Shanghai university journals were investigated with questionnaires,MBI-HSS and PSQI,respectively.Results The emotion exhaustion and depersonalization dimension scores were higher whereas the low achievement dimension score was lower in editors of university journals（P0.01）.The burnout was significantly correlated with the sleep quality,the emotion exhaustion was positively correlated with the 7 PSQI dimensions and their total score,the depersonalization was positively correlated with the sleep quality,sleep time,day function disturbance and total PSQI score,the personal achievements were negatively correlated with the total PSQI score,sleep quality,sleep time,and sleep efficiency.Conclusion Burnout and sleep quality are rather common in editors of Shanghai university journals.Measures should be taken by the managers of Shanghai university journals to alleviate their working pressure.The editors themselves should improve their literacy,learn to adjust their mental health and improve their sleep quality in order to keep away from and reduce their burnout.
