“卓越计划”人才培养方案改革初探

Reform on Talents Training in Excellent Program

在盐城工学院人才培养方案多年卓越办学理念的基础上,结合机械设计制造及其自动化专业国家级"卓越计划"人才试点,探讨了"卓越计划"人才培养方案改革目标,从优化能力"三层楼"教学体系结构、拓宽能力培养要求、调整知识体系构成及学时分配、修订教学进程计划框架四方面提出改革方案,最后指出改革的预期效果。

Based on the several years of excellent idea of running school in talent training project of Yancheng Institute of Technology,combined with the Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program pilot specialty of Mechanical Design Manufacture and Automation,reform target of educational project of the Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program is studied.Reform program is proposed from four aspects which include optimization of the structure of teaching architecture,extending the demand of ability cultivation,adjusting the structure of knowledge system and distribution of teaching time,revising the frame of teaching course plan.The expected effect is pointed out.
