摘要
在国家大力倡导由应试教育向素质教育创新思想转变的今天,各大高校都在有针对性地改变对大学生的培养方式和教育目标。而研究生教育作为国家培养高层次科研人才的深造教育阶段,若要全面实现提高学生素质的教育目标,加强学生实践能力、团队意识和创新思维的培养,真正达到学以致用的目的,就必须改革应试教育机制下研究生培养的教学内容和结课形式。本文就笔者讲授的"油气储层表征与建模技术"课程的结课考核方式,提出了一种"学习型组织"的研究生专业课结课考核方法与评价体系,详细阐述了该评价体系的具体方法、评价标准及操作过程。此项结课考核方法与传统研究生结课方式相比有5个方面的优点,并在实际教学过程中得到了很好的应用。
The state has vigorously advocated transformation of examination-oriented education into quality education.Colleges and universities have targeted to change training methods and educational goals of students.Graduate education is an advanced stage for national cultivation of high-level scientific research personnel.In order to realize educational goals of improving the quality of students,enhance practical abilities,sense of innovation and practical ability of students,graduate education needs to reform teaching content and class-ending form under the examination-oriented education mechanism.This paper is based on class-ending and evaluation form of the course "oil and gas reservoir characterization and modeling techniques" which the author teach graduates.This paper presents the class-ending form and evaluation system of learning organization for postgraduate specialized courses,elaborates on the specific method for the evaluation system,evaluation criteria and procedure.This class-ending and evaluation form compared with the traditional class-ending form of graduates has five advantages,and has been well applied in the actual teaching process.
