本文针对青年教师特点,分析了影响实践教学效果的主要因素,从实践教学体系的探索和改革的思路着手,提出了实践教学要以学生为主体,青年教师提高实践教学能力是提高实践教学效果的前提保证。以地质工程专业青年教师实践教学能力培养为主线,总结了该专业提高实践教学能力的主要方法与思路。

According to the characteristics of young teachers,the influence factors of practice teaching effects are analyzed.The students are the main body of practical teaching and the practical teaching abilities of young teachers are the guarantee to improve teaching effect.The main methods to improve the practical teaching abilities of young teachers for geological engineering are put forward in the paper,which can also reference to other engineering professionals.
