摘要
本文以扬州职业大学国土资源与地理信息专业群为例,探讨目前高职院校协同创新中存在的问题及其成因,认为高职院校应以专业群为创新单元,以中小企业为创新对象,应针对企业的不同发展阶段建立适应性创新平台,校企在协同创新过程中应建立所有权与使用权分开的资产融合机制。
Taking land resources and geographic information specialized group of Yangzhou Polytechnic College as an example,this paper explores the problems and major causes in collaborative innovation in higher vocational colleges,holds that specialty group should be the innovation cell,small and medium-sized enterprises should be the object of innovation,higher vocational colleges should construct adaptive innovation platform according to the developmental stages of small and medium-sized enterprises,school and enterprise should establish mechanism which ownership and use right is separated in collaborative innovation process.
