摘要
针对化工生产过程介质中微量水测量技术的不足,根据实际应用经验,介绍一种基于可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)的激光微量水测量及其原理,与传统测量方法进行比较,说明该技术在响应速度、精度等方面的技术优势及应用效果。
Contrapose to the defects of trace moisture measurement technologies in chemical production process, introduced the laser trace moisture measurement technology which based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) according to the practical application experience. Explained the new technical advantages in response speed, accuracy and the application effects compared with traditional methods of measurement.
