Based on Guangxi sports festival, this paper talks about sports culture resources construction of national sports festival through some aspects such as view of human, humanistic sports geography, humanistic sports environment and humanistic sports spirit. Conclusion： Due to the uniquely humanisitic geography and scarce geography resources in Guangxi, Guangxi regional resources appeal of maximum; Humanistic sports environment which is formed by ＂three people sports＂ has held successfully Guangxi sports festival through constructing humanistic sports culture space of many elements and many levels; These are important interpretations for the spirit of＂people-oriented＂ in Guangxi sports festival that group spirit, the consciousness of the national fitness and resources constrction of humanistic sports spirit.
