AGIL模型下的外来务工人员体育参与发展分析——以天津市为例

Analysis of the Development of Migrant Workers Participate in Sports under the AGIL model——Taking Tianjin as the Research Object

以帕森斯的AGIL模型为理论依托,采用spss11.5软件对问卷调查结果分析,发现城市务工人员由于受到户籍制度的社会排斥,以及自身文化水平的限制,他们的体育参与长期处在社会的边缘,从"AGIL"模型的适应功能、目标达成功能、整合功能和潜在模式维持功能出发,提出了基于"AGIL"的外来务工人员体育参与发展对策,使其形成全新的意识理念,维持模式的稳定。

Taking AGIL model as a support, this paper uses spssl 1.5 Software to analyze the survey results, then find out that due to the social exclusion of the household registration system, as well as their own cultural restrictions, for a long time migrant workers participate in the sport at the margins of society. Based on the adaptation function,goal function ,integration capabilities and potential models of ＂AGIL＂ model, the countermeasures to promote the development of migrant workers participating in sports are put forward,in order to make it form a new consciousness concept and maintain the mode stability.
