摘要
排球运动的核心价值就是参与者以团队形式、通过密切的配合进行比赛,这种团队精神的培养过程具有重要的教育意义。排球教学改革只有充分体现这一核心价值,才能最大限度地激发学生的学习兴趣,使他们重新"回到"排球场并体验排球运动的独特魅力。本文着重分析当前学校排球教学走入"困境"的原因,探讨提高教学质量,围绕排球运动核心价值建立的教学理念、教材、教法、评价、课内外相结合等方面的改革对策。
The core value of volleyball is to compete through teamwork and close cooperation. The teaching process of this teamwork spirit has a great significance in education. Only by emphasizing this core value in volleyball education reform can we stimulate the students＇ learning interests in volleyball and ＂bring them back to the volleyball court＂ to experience its unique charisma. This paper puts an emphasis on the analysis of the reason of why the current volleyball education is in a ＂dilemma＂. It also studies and discusses the reform strategy of teaching theory based on the core value, teaching material, teaching method, evaluation, the combination of courses and extra-curriculum, etc.
