摘要 肥胖和糖尿病是常见的代谢性疾病,严重危害人类健康。尽管经过几十年的持续研究,但人们对于肥胖与糖尿病发病的遗传基础和分子机制仍然知之甚少。近来研究发现,表观遗传学可以通过多种机制将环境影响与许多疾病的发生发展过程联系起来。某些特定基因的表观遗传修饰的改变可能是导致糖尿病和肥胖的始动因素。在本文中,作者首先阐述肥胖和糖尿病的主要致病机制,并对相关靶标蛋白及其小分子抑制剂进行介绍,从而对揭示表观遗传修饰的改变诱发肥胖和糖尿病的分子机制做一个总结,为相关疾病的防治提供线索。 Diabetes and obesity are commonly found among metabolic disorders affect patients worldwide. Till now, efforts have been done by researchers for decades. However, the genetic basis and molecular mechanisms were still ambiguous. Recent researchers have claimed the correlations between epigenetic changes and multiple environmental factors which involved in occurrence and development of diabetes and obesity. Epigenetic changes of certain genes may serve as the starting factors of developing diabetes and obesity. In this paper, we summarized those epigenetic targets and their inhibitors which are potentially involved for the obesity and diabetes, and then provided a few clues for preventing and treating these syndromes.
