在我国经济发展进入转方式、调结构的关键时期,要推动民营经济实现新的发展,必须正确处理政府与市场的关系,尊重市场规律,转变政府职能,积极构建平等竞争的市场机制;同时,民营企业家也要积极转变发展理念,创新发展模式,构建以企业为主体的创新体系,在不断创新、战胜自我中做大做强。

At this critical moment of transferring economic development mode and adjusting economic structure in Chi- na, we must properly deal with the relations between the Government and the market, respect market laws, transform government functions, and actively establish the market mechanism for fair competition, so as to accelerate further de- velopment of the non - public economy. Meanwhile, private entrepreneurs shall change their concept of development, innovate in development mode, establish an innovative system mainly focus on enterprises, and become strong and powerful in the process of constant innovation and conquering themselves.
