2012年,虽然全球经济在金融危机的深层次影响下,复苏缓慢,但我国民营经济展现出了生机活力,保持了良好的发展态势。党的十八大报告明确提出经济发展方针,为民营经济转型升级、科学发展指明了方向,而且指出了一条具有中国特色的发展道路。展望未来,从国际看,经济低迷加快了全球产业调整和转移,是民营经济积极稳妥"走出去"的大好时机;从国内看,民营经济要加快转型升级既有压力也有动力,既是挑战也是机遇。为促进实现民营经济新一轮发展,需要进一步完善政策制度环境。

Although the global economy is experiencing slow recovery due to the influence by financial crisis, the non - public economy in China is full of vitality and maintains good momentum of development. In the future, the global recession has accelerated global industrial restructuring and transfer, thus providing the non- public economy with good opportunities to safely ＂go abroad＂. Domestically speaking , there are both pressure and motivation for non - pub- lic economy to accelerate transformation and upgrade. Challenges coexist with opportunities. In order to speed up a new round of healthy development of non - public economy, we need to further improve the police environment.
