阳离子水性聚氨酯施胶增强剂的合成及性能 被引量:3

Preparation and Characterization of Cationic Waterborne Polyurethane and Its Application in Paper Surface Sizing

摘要 用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG1000),N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为原料合成了阳离子型水性聚氨酯乳液。通过衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)和激光散射粒径仪对产物进行了表征,ATR-FTIR分析证实了阳离子聚氨酯的合成,粒径分析显示随着w(MDEA)用量的增加,乳液的粒径逐渐减小。研究了w(MDEA)含量对聚氨酯涂膜性能以及纸张施胶性能的影响,结果表明:在w(MDEA)=8%,[n(NCO/n(OH)]=1.18时,聚氨酯涂膜的施胶度最大为27s,干强、湿强、环压指数和耐折度分别为5.7N·m-1、4N·m-1、4.8N·m2·g-1和100次。扫描电镜显示聚氨酯乳液在纸张表面成膜性能优异。 Tne cationic waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared by using polyether glycol, toluene diisocyanate (TDI), N-methyl diethanolamine (N-MDEA) and acetic acid. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and dynamic light scattering (DLS) were used to investigate the property of the emulsion. FTIR result showed that the quaternary ammonium cationic has been successfully introduced into the structure, and the DLS result indicated that the diameter size of the emulsion decrease gradually with the increment of w(MDEA). The paper treated with the cationic emulsion with w(MDEA) is 8%, n(NCO/n(OH) is 1.18 obtained good properties. The sizing value was more than 27 s, the dry strength, wet strength, ring crush index, and folding endurance were 49 N·m^-1, 8 N·m^-1, 4.8 N·m^2·g ^-1 and 100 times respectively. The observation of scanning electron microscope (SEM) showed that the emulsion has formed a compact structure on the filter compared with the blank sample.
