粉煤灰联产新型硅酸钙用于造纸湿部加填的留着和滤水性能 被引量:6

Influencing Factors of Retention and Drainage of Novel Fly Ash-Based Calcium Silicate Used as Paper Filler

摘要 粉煤灰联产硅酸钙填料,是一种多孔蜂窝状的新型造纸填料。经检测:硅酸钙粒子比表面积121m2·g-1,平均粒径10.63μm,吸油值2.178g·g-1,沉降体积4.0mL·(10g·24h)-1,白度90.5%ISO,有着十分特殊的填料性能。本文主要探究加入粉煤灰联产新型硅酸钙填料后浆料的留着滤水性能及影响因素,通过使用动态滤水仪研究了新型硅酸钙与浆料的混合时间、搅拌速率以及填料加入量对浆料留着及滤水的影响。研究表明,适度的搅拌速率(1000r·min-1)、混合时间(5min)均有利于填料的留着,新型硅酸钙添加量的增加会影响浆料的留着滤水性能。 A novel fly ash based calcium silicate (FACS) could be used as paper filler, q-he properties of FACS were characterized. Results of scanning electron microscopic observation indicated that FACS was formed a honeycomb pattern, which was responsible for their highly porous surface structure and high specific surface area (121 m2·g-1). The average grain diameter was 10.63 μm, the oil absorbed value was 2.178 g·g ^-1, the sediment volume was 4.0 mL-(10 g·24 h)-1, and the whiteness value was 90.5% ISO, which proved to be suitable for its paper filling use. This paper studied influencing factors of retention and drainage of pulp filled with FACS. The dynamic drainage jar (DDJ) had been used to evaluate the result of retention and drainage properties. The results showed that appropriate stirring speed was 1000 r·min-1, optimal mixing time was 5 minutes.The dosage of fillers also had an effect on retention and drainage properties.
