摘要
圆锥滚子轴承保持器收缩工序是靠人工手动将内组件及压靠模推到压力机冲头下完成冲压,再将内组件和压靠模板拉回原位,劳动强度和体力消耗大,有时还会发生一些手指伤残事故,制约了生产能力。针对以上问题,采用机械推拉压靠模具和内组件,减轻工人体力消耗,提高了生产效率,避免和减少人身伤残事故的发生,达到减员增效的目的。
Tapered roller bearing retainer shrinkage procedure is completed by putting components under punch pin of press to stamp. If this method is used, labor intensity and physical energy consumption is large, sometimes that may result finger injury accidents and restrict production capacity. Pushing and pulling by mechanical mean will solve above problems. This mean can reduce physical energy consumption, improve production efficiency, avoid injury accidents.
