摘要
研究军队火药静电环境中的爆炸风险准确评估问题。军队火药存储的弱静电信号极易受到火药挥发性气体的干扰,将造成静电离子浓度发生突变。传统的静电风险评估方法都是利用静电传感器对静电浓度进行评估的,假设静电离子受到火药气体的干扰,将造成静电离子浓度突变,导致静电风险评估准确性降低。为解决上述问题,提出了一种关于周期性评估算法的静电风险评估模型。利用信号频率差值方法,对静电信号进行滤波处理。采用周期性评估方法,建立静电风险评估模型,从而实现军队火药爆炸危险环境的静电风险评估。实验结果表明,改进算法能够提高军队火药爆炸危险环境中静电风险评估的准确性。
The paper studied army powder electrostatic environment of the explosion risk accurate evaluation and proposed a periodic evaluation algorithm based on static risk assessment model. A signal frequency difference method was used to filter the electrostatic signals, and periodic evaluation methods were used to establish electrostatic risk as- sessment model, so as to realize the army powder explosion dangerous environment of the electrostatic risk assess- ment. The experimental results show that this algorithm can improve the electrostatic risk assessment accuracy in ar- my powder explosion hazard environment.
