家庭护理干预在支气管哮喘缓解期患儿中的应用

Application of home care intervention to children patients in the remission stage of bronchial asthma

目的:探讨家庭护理干预在支气管哮喘缓解期患儿中的应用及临床效果。方法:将100例支气管哮喘缓解期患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组实施支气管哮喘常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施家庭护理干预。观察比较两组患儿的遵医情况、复发次数及复发住院次数。结果:观察组患儿遵医率高于对照组(P<0.05),复发次数及复发住院次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家庭护理干预可提高支气管哮喘缓解期患儿的遵医率,减少复发,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ：To investigate the method of application and clinical effect of home care intervention on children patients in the remission stage of bronchial asthma. Methods ：100 children patients inthe remission stage of bronchial asthma were randomized to the ob- servation group and the control group （50 cases in each group）. Routine nursing care was taken in the control group and home care inter- vention was additionally implemented in the observation group. The status of treatment compliance, times of relapse and times of hospitaliza- tion due to recurrence were observed and compared between the two groups. Results ：The compliance rate of the patients was higher in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the times of relapse and times of hospitalization due to recurrence were fewer in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Home care intervention can improve the compliance rate and reduce the recurrence of the disease in children patients with bronchial asthma in the remission stage.
