针对性护理在铁剂滴注治疗腹膜透析致贫血患者中的应用

Application of the targeted nursing care in the treatment of patients with anemia due to peritoneal dialysis by using intravenous iron infusion therapy

目的:探讨针对性护理在铁剂滴注治疗腹膜透析致贫血患者中的应用效果。方法:将68例长期腹膜透析致肾性贫血患者随机分为观察组与对照组各34例,均行静脉滴注铁剂治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予针对性护理。观察比较两组临床疗效、负性情绪及护理满意率。结果:观察组贫血改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),负性情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:静脉滴注铁剂治疗腹膜透析致贫血患者临床效果较好,针对性护理可提高疗效,缓解患者负性情绪,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of the targeted nursing care in the treatment of patients with anemia due to peritoneal dialysis by using intravenous iron infusion therapy. Methods ：68 patients with renal anemia caused by long -term peritoneal dial- ysis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （ 34 cases in each group）. The patients in both groups were treated with intravenous iron infusion therapy. Routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the targeted nursing care was imple- mented in the observation group based on the routine one. The clinical effect,patient＇s negative emotion and their satisfaction with nursing care were observed and compared between the two groups. Results ： The improvement of anemia was better in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） ;the score of negative emotion was lower in the observation group than the control group （P 〈0.05 ） ;the rate of patient＇s satisfaction with nursing care was higher in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The intravenous iron infusion therapy has a clinical effect in the treatment of patients with anemia due to peritoneal dialysis and the targeted nursing care can improve efficacy, relieve patient＇s negative emotion and improve patient＇s satisfaction as well.
