氧驱动雾化吸入氨溴索在老年肺炎患者中的应用及护理 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨氧驱动雾化吸入氨溴索在老年肺炎中的应用效果及护理方法。方法:将86例老年肺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组应用氧驱动雾化吸入氨溴索辅助治疗,对照组采用α糜蛋白酶氧驱动雾化吸入治疗,均给予精心护理。观察比较两组临床疗效、咳嗽咳痰、痰鸣及肺部湿罗音消失时间。结果:观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),咳嗽咳痰、痰鸣及肺部湿罗音消失时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氧驱动雾化吸入氨溴索辅助治疗老年肺炎疗效肯定,精心护理可促进患者康复。
