摘要
公立医院改革的宗旨是为了解决群众"看病难,看病贵"问题,从而进一步化解医患矛盾,规范医疗秩序。但在改革过程中尚有一些问题有待解决。本文就公立医院改革过程中的政策制定、舆论引导、服务提升和基本药物实施等方面进行阐述,并提出调动医生积极性,提升服务质量的改进建议。
The purpose of the reform of public hospitals is to improve the availability and affordability of healthcare in order to reduce the conflicts between doctors and patients, to keep the order of medical services, but in the course of reform, there are still some problems to be solved. This paper discusses the policy making, public opinion guidance, service promotion and implementation of essential drugs in the process of public hospitals reform and puts forward suggestion for the mobilization of clinicians to improve service quality.
