摘要
"90后"医学生在进入临床实习后,由于学习方法、生活环境、社会角色及人际关系的突然改变,同时还面临着考研及就业等多方面的压力,他们内心产生了一系列认知、情感和意志等方面的心理矛盾变化。作为医院科研教学管理部门,及时了解实习医学生的心理变化,协助临床带教老师予以合理疏导,对提高临床教学质量有着十分重要的意义。
In the clinical internship of medical students born in the 1990s, due to their sudden change of the learning methods, living environment, social roles and relationships, and at same time their internal pressure events such as entrance examination and employment, they had a series of psychological changes in their cognition, emotion and will. It is very important for the hospital scientific research and teaching management department to timely understand of the psychological changes of medical students and to assist the clinical teachers to offer reasonable guidance to improve the quality of clinical teaching.
