摘要
恩泽纪念楼建成后,我科自2008年8月搬入新病房,平均每天有20余例次问路的病人及家属,严重干扰了医护人员的诊疗工作,引起了我科的高度重视。对此,我科应用"1+3模式"查找问题的主要原因,通过整改,优化制度流程,减少了问路次数,并在医院部分地方推广。
After the completion of the Enze Memorial Building, our department moved into the new ward in August 2008. There were more than 20 cases of the patients and their families asking for their way for a day on average. That seriously disturbed our medical work, thus causing the attention of our department. Therefore, our department used the "1+3 model" to find the main causes of the problem and optimized the system to reduce the number of directions and this model was used in other places of the hospital as well.
