摘要
目的探讨海洋胶原肽与大豆肽混合粉末对老年小鼠的的抗氧化作用。方法用12月龄的健康雌性小鼠,随机分成5组:阴性对照组、阳性对照组、低、中、高剂量组,每组12只。低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予0.833 g/kgBW、1.667 g/kg BW、2.500 g/kg BW海洋胶原肽和大豆肽混合粉末,阴性对照组给予蒸馏水,阳性对照组给予0.2g/kg BW VitE。30 d后,称各组老龄鼠的体重并检测各项抗氧化指标:包括血清蛋白质羰基含量、1%的溶血液中丙二醛(MDA)含量、1%溶血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、1%的肝匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、血清和肝匀浆中的GSH含量。结果各剂量组老年小鼠的体重并未出现明显改变(P>0.05);中、高剂量组可明显减少老龄小鼠1%溶血液中MDA含量(P<0.01);高剂量组能明显降低血清中蛋白质羰基含量(P<0.05);低剂量组可明显升高老龄小鼠1%肝匀浆中SOD活性和1%溶血液GSH-PX活性(P<0.05);各剂量组血清和肝匀浆中GSH含量均无明显变化。结论海洋胶原肽与大豆肽混合粉末具有抗氧化功能。
Objective To investigate the anti-oxidative effect of the powder of marine collagen peptides and soybean pep- tides in aging mice. Methods Healthy female aging mice were divided into five groups randomly:negative group, vitamin E control group,low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group (12 mice in each group).0. 833 g/kg BW,1. 667 g/kg BW and 2. 500 g/kg BW of this powder was given to the mice in low, middle, high dose group respectively, vit E 0.2 g/kg BW and double distilled water were given to the mice in vitamin E control group and negative control groups respec- tively. After 30 days, animal weight, the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) in 1% hemolytic blood, protein carbonyl in serum were measured;the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in 1% hemolytic blood,glutathion (GSH) in serum and liver were also determined. Results After given this mixed powder for 30 days, the animal weight in all groups had no remarkable change ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; the content of MDA in middle and high dose group decreased significantly (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the protein carbonyl in high dose group decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in low dose group increased evidently (P 〈 0.05 ), the level of GSH had no difference in all the groups with different doses (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions The powder of marine collagen peptides and soybean peptides can enhance anti-oxidative ability in mice.
